A modern "Jägerstüble" has moved into the Linden Museum on Hegelplatz. The Stuttgart-based architect Cyrus Ghanai has created forest-green walls, wooden shingles, powerful chandeliers and a fireplace to create a cozy place where you feel right at home.
At noon, HEGEL EINS offers a varied lunch menu, including several vegetarian dishes. In the afternoon, you can enjoy homemade cakes and, for example, round off your visit to the museum.
In the evening, alpine-Mediterranean cooking, the focus is on game and fish. Larger fish are grilled and filleted at the table.
