About us

Small, independent kitchen, with the aim to spoil its guests with seasonal and regional dishes - this is our culinary tactic.

We basically do without artificial additives and industrial flavor enhancers. We source our food from the region, because real freshness is only possible if the distances are short.

Our suppliers are carefully selected. They are not just business partners to us, but friends who share our beliefs.

That's why our menu is minimalist in every season - with seasonal dishes, locally sourced food and excellent wine from the next-door wine grower. We use more than 90% of regional products and have already been awarded and certified - true to the motto: "We give good food good!"
